No connection for over 3 hours now, I’ve emailed support. No internet IP being assigned.

Yes and Yes. It was perfect till 11.15pm when someone from Yayzi last night posted you were messing with DHCP and broke it at this time.

A whole load of people went offline at the same moment.

Can you power off the ONT for 30 seconds (not the router, just the ONT)

No, that won’t work currently.

I suggest if any off you with no internet has a spare router that you can put the vlan settings in to try that as this all seems familiar to the problem I had

Noticed my eero Max 7 is on DHCP but had an old IP address - no way to remove it so I’ve literally just tried a factory reset & it still can’t connect.

Friday they said it will all be sorted. Didn’t expect to have no internet for 24 hours - 1 hour left to go :tired_face:

I have an IP, just keeps going up and down

My connection has gone again. Like seriously what is going on? I opened up a ticket to which @Yayzi_Chris sorted my connection and now 01:28 my connection has gone again.

Well I’m off to bed fu** it😂

Just don’t reboot anything, the team are on it and we’ll have a fix implemented shortly!

So can this be fixed. I think my schedule reboot was on the router :rage:

EDIT: it’s now back up :+1:
