More helpful contact

yayzi needs to have more easier and friendly and practical ways to contact them having restricted way for customer service is not professional or helpful to us customers…

We have email support, WhatsApp, Reddit. Forums.

I really don’t think it’s restricted, like it’s 01:27 and you’re getting a reply on the forum. Id say that’s pretty good

so you just listed 4 ways of contact… email and whats app is crap and takes hours or days for a reply… reddit i dont use coz its just as bad as this forum … more mainstream and helpful would be twitter … and for the email support to be more responsive… would love an excuse why they dont man there twitter anymore though…

So you would rather have a call centre who is contracted out and have zero ideas?

Twitter is still manned…we replied to someone a few days ago.

I believe we’ve replied to you there a few times :slightly_smiling_face:

Thoughts on BlueSky/Threads rather than the cesspool Twitter is becoming?

Bluesky isn’t really great for business accounts. At least it wasn’t when I was invited

well what amazing ideas have been made so far then… what have we gained so far with the great ways of contact thats been life changing

so how is twitter a cesspool … in detail please…

yh… but probs need a time machine to find that time…

I’ve always had an email response within 24 hours of asking a question, sometimes it’s been more like 48 hours, but I would allow that as it was over a weekend.
I will admit I did try WhatsApp once and the response to that was the best, but even that was within 48 hours and I would’ve expected that to be quicker. (emailed and WhatsApp’d at the same time and got email response within 4 hours)
I think I am too old for Reddit or just lack the understanding to even consider using it, but I did get a fast response from them when I @'d them of TwitteX
