Are we any closer to being able to use the new portal?
Some people have access…. Very few though by what I see, I thought it was going to be a mass import of customer data, seems like it’s manual
It’s also possible that they’re waiting for the network migration as then all the new portal features will be available
so thats why when i sign into it i cant see my services or that a direct debit is already set up etc? and how long will the migration last?
We’re just waiting for the direct debit information to be imported from stripe and then we’re good to go!
That’s right, peak time has a high ping time at the moment due to the network migration
Was surprised to receive an automated email with my invoice already attached so there’s a big improvement to this new system
No longer need to bug the team every month for a copy
