No confirmation when signing up? Is install date confirmed?

Hi there,

I signed up to Yayzi broadband on 23rd Feb, and I have had a direct debit confirmation but nothing else. I haven’t had any account details so I can’t register online, and Ive had no confirmation of my selected install date which is 15th March (this Friday coming).

I sent a whatsapp to the new number a few days back but had no response.

Can you confirm my account is being set up and the install will go ahead for this Friday?

We can see all is good to go ahead for the 15th March install, the confirmation email was sent on 23/02 at 12.40, please check spam/junk folder. We will resend a copy by email.

You will also get am installation reminder but this hasn’t been triggered on system yet.

Thanks that’s great. I hadn’t received the first email but I have now received the one you just sent through and been able to register my account.
