No response from Yayzi with missed 'go live' date

Not getting any responses by email from Yayzi - neglected to inform me that CityFibre cancelled my ‘go live’ date until I contacted them in the middle of the time slot to ask whether all was OK, and aren’t helping sort out the connection but have very efficiently sorted out the direct debit and take first payment!

This is not good customer service. I understand CityFibre issues may not be directly helped by Yayzi, but the least they should do is keep customers up to date and respond rapidly via email when customers are concerned and wanting to resolve problems.
