@CraigT1976 yes I was successful at getting in yesterday. You can’t just login though and have to click the access here and enter your registered email and account number.
- load up the website and click access here
- enter email and account number
- on next page create password
- enter the 6 digit code sent to your email
- YOU SHOULD NOW HAVE ACCESS🙃

@Yayzi_Team The next issue I see is I’m showing 3 x failed payments, 2 x 29th and 1 x 28th. Nothing’s changed my end, the bank’s flush Any ideas? Payment normally goes out on the 1st, so next one would be 1st December (or 2nd as the 1st is a Sunday), no issues my end changing to 28th.
Do you need me to pay it manually until you sort it? let me know. I always settle my debts

Managed to sort out access.
enter my account number which is display NNN on the last statement.
But was not accepted on the Portal
had to add leading 000nnn to get to the next step.
Does anybody else’s portal show failed payments?
We moved everyone to Stripe so this is the first payment run, we are putting through that many at the same time process limits are being increased by Stripe so will auto re attempt.

I also can not login, activate or get a password reset email to come through. Ill have to email support I guess.
I had the same problem. But if you register as a new account, everything works. All you will need is your account number. then you will get a confirmation with a number and the rest is easy. I hope this will help you.
yh it was strange that a little while after posting i was able to login… but yes all working now… but not sure why it took so long… aint like we can do way more than we use to
I’m sure there will be, they’ve probably not enabled everything yet. e.g. being able to switch your speed package up or down on-the-fly, I’m sure that’s a thing with this new portal (when it’s enabled)
