I get told to bin the boxes, but i did comprise and said ill bin them after i know im keeping them.

Right!? This is what i do unless it’s a really expensive item. Like every year when i get the new iPhone, i sell my old one, and because i still have the cables, box etc and the phone is mint, i get the most amount of money i can.
