Hello yes this is legit.
Stripe is the new payment provider for direct debits on the new portal.
I just got the same email, so I now have two direct debits for Yayzi, it didn’t state when it’s starting either.
Did you get an email before that one? From [email protected].
But yeah either way it’s legit 
I only got the one about payment changing. Came here to find out why.
Could the new portal have a message saying do not use until a email is received.

I just got this as well but I’m not a customer anymore! Left months ago. Should I be worried about getting charged?
I wouldn’t be worried as you won’t get any invoices. If you see a DD setup I would just remove it

Me either, got 2 emails about the DD setup… nothing before this
We had a few failed ones that were blocked by the recepients email server due to too many requests. So I apologise if you didn’t get the email prior to the change.
