Without it looking like an attempt at reverse psychology… I don’t know if yayzi can do loads for us here, Cityfibre provision things. The only thing I can think of is yayzi will probably have the exact serial, Mac, etc. Details to hand for customers :thinking:

They also probably have configuration details and other bits and pieces.

But yeah, best to leave it. I’m sure the required information & support will come to those that are patient.
