Is it likely to be fixed any time soon?
My connection has been down for 2 days now. been in contact with Liam this afternoon but not heard nothing since.
It’s currently with CityFibre

I’m in the same boat as you. No internet since yesterday morning. My IP is 217.180.36.xx so slightly different but same issue. Looks like the IP range is dud?
The IP range is on the new server, so no issues with that

You say we’re on it, it will be 3 days in a few hrs with no internet. Its not great is it. and to be blunt and mention City Fibre and its there issue, the DD is paid to Yayzi not City Fibre.
If anyone has been off three days, this isn’t due to any works. Your issue is currently sat with CityFibre due to a fault on the line (that’s not blaming, that’s just a fact - we have to get them to check, that part of the network is not ours)

I dont care the issue is with you as far as im concerned the payment per month goes to you. I will moan now as its getting ridiculous. It amazing how you come here to defend yet leave comms via emails for hrs with no updates. You say the issue is a line fault?? This only started when you did the network upgrade The connection has been solid until then.
Portion of that payment goes to city fiber as line rental. So take that up with CF

You’re on a public forum, you speak to who replies. Email yayzi directly, they’ve literally told you the problem. They can’t come to yours and magically connect cables
I im but ive posted for attention for them to read, telling me to blame city fibre like you are some white knight isn’t cool. Do you really think all ive done is post here, you have no idea what emails ive sent.
