3mb/s download.... Until when?

I would have asked on an existing thread but they have all been closed.

How long can we expect completely unusable download speeds of 3mb/s? Will this be the case until the 11th? If so it is essentially a 3 day outage as I only had 10mb/s last night until everyone lost service completely.

As per the various replies, 11th is when the work is to be completed - speeds are not what we expected and we’re looking into it :slight_smile:
