£99 setup fee for own router?

Does the £99 setup fee cover the install cost or is it just for the router?

I want to use my own and it will have a 2.5gb lan port.

If I chose the 900mb package to start, could I upgrade to 2gbps later one?

My VM contract is up in August with a current leaving fee of £187. So I will be switching some time in the next 6 months

Cheers!

If you have your own equipment you can contact Yayzi who will waive the £99 fee.

Just to add to the above, you can re-grade from 900 to the 2.5 package according to my dashboard.

I was charged £25 for own router install I was also already on CF

You can get 2.0Gbps on any CityFibre line.

This is also a 5 month old thread lol

I assume you mean that not every CF area is 2Gbps?

GPON can handle 2.0Gbps. If a provider chooses to offer 2Gbps, they can. Sure it’s provider dependent but if CF are there, it can handle 2Gbps.

That is to cover the cost of the ONT, I believe. Although the cost is not listed anywhere, so I would probably email them at [email protected]

The Multi-gig packages have a £99 fee to cover the cost of TP-Link EX820v.

if you are using your own router, contact @Yayzi_Team or email: sales [email protected]

If OP told them he was using his own router, they waive the fee.
