just got my account number as I’m due installation on Wednesday but when I go to activate account and create password etc I don’t get a verification code like it say I should get and I’ve checked spam folder
how long does it take for the email to come through?

Yayzi are just in the process of moving to a new platform hopefully this week it is not yet live however this won’t impact anything in relation to the install or the activation of service rest assured those two things will still go ahead
