hi ever since the new upgrade being done by yayzi iv not been able to sign into my online account… iv even done a forgot password … and i dont get a password change email … iv done this multiple times over multiple days and even right now as of 20/11/2024 at 01.04am i still cant do either…

The new portal is not live yet, The website is there, however they are busy importing the customer data into the new system, Which I would hope would be done this week as it has been one week since the system went live
