Alta Lab Route10

Feel pretty dumb but for some reason I can’t seem to get this working…

WAN1 with VLAN Tag 911
LAN1 with AP Pro

Reset both ONT / router and waited 8 hours but still no internet access.

Drop us an email to [email protected] and we’ll take a look

The Alta Route 10 is not the most striaght forward to get setup but it should work.

Have mine working for a few months, had similar issue getting the inital setup to go through and pick up the WAN,

The second I make that change I seems to lose access to the network and devices via the local controller.

Tested both wired and wireless.

can you check the Native VLANS are set to 1 for all ports on the router.
Had an issue where some changes would flip the Native VLAN from 1 to something else.

Might be worth contacting Alta if not WAN related.

Setup seems to be same as yours.

What is throwing me is the second I add the vlan tag to WAN1 I lose my entire network.

The only way to get it back is to hard reset.

I had that issue with the route10, I think alta labs are aware of it but maybe post it on their forums
