Any chance the speeds can be ramped up a bit sooner please, this is a close to no service as we can get.

We’re pushing to get the capacity increased as soon as possible. We’re in contact with CF.

Guys, really? The bottleneck is the port between us and CF. It’s decided while the work is ongoing. We’re not blaming anyone. We’re in contact with them to either speed things up, or increase capacity to a level that is acceptable.

I know you need me moaning like a kick in the lower extremities, but 50-60ms ping and 1-2mbit down (at the router) is frankly unusable.
