Broadband unusably slow keep being told it’s their updates. Customer services is useless and not reliable. I want to leave but they are making it hard to as no one gets back or answers now only allowed emails.

What issues are you facing? If it’s just slow speed this is due to temp traffic shaping to prevent worst issues. This will be turned off once the migration to the new network core is complete.
FYI I don’t work for Yayzi just volunteer for them.

Worth bearing in mind that “slow” is still ~200Mbps symmetrical; it’s not dropped back to ADSL speeds. In fact it’ll still beat most FTTC connections.
