Hi there, just got my router installed by city fibre I have not received any emails about setting up my amount
so I don’t have a Service Reference number to create my account, any help with this would be great, thanks.

Hi, you sent me an activation link for the account that I do not have, yet I need my service reference number to make an account.
I get this error message when I click it
