Can't access MyYayzi or get reset password to work

I can’t access MyYayzi and when I try to get password reset, I enter my email address but I never get a code. Not in spam. Email is never received. Please help.

@MaffMaff please try this

  1. load up the website and click access here
  2. enter email and account number
  3. on next page create password
  4. enter the 6 digit code sent to your email
  5. YOU SHOULD NOW HAVE ACCESS🙃

I’ve done that but I get a message after I enter new password…

An error occurred when activating your portal. Please make sure that you are using the correct email address and that it has not already been used for another account.

I’m using the numeric last digits from a long alphanumeric code I got when I first ordered Yayzi. Otherwise not sure when I’d find my account number

If you did get the last bill by email, you find your number on the top
