Can't get ex820v to work after using own router

Wanted to test some speeds and the backhaul on a mesh system so hooked it up, everything worked fine using the 911 vlan details.

Gone back to the supplied ex820v and got the red internet icon, have rebooted the ONT and the router but nothing.

Any ideas? I’ve emailed support and told 'em I messed with it, just wondering if anyone on here knows what I might have done wrong? I haven’t changed any of the ex’s settings.

Liam got back to me super quick, don’t know what he did but it’s all working again.

I can’t imagine getting such quick support anywhere else at 8.30pm.

Probably had to clear the arp cache.
