Channel 4 app not working

Currently been waiting over a week for some type of fix for Channel 4 app not working?

Had no update since speaking to Yayzi support last week? Is there any movement on this issue yet?

An update from me. I have a static IP from Yayzi. The Channel 4 app works on a laptop on my LAN behind the Yayzi router (actual it’s my own router, but the point is the same). However the Channel 4 app on my Sky Stream device doesn’t work.
I’ve logged a call with Sky tech support who have said they will take it up with Channel 4.
Odd that the Sky Stream Channel 4 app gives the 4001-STREAM-GEOBLOCK error, but access via web from laptop works ok.
There is no VPN configured anywhere - neither on the router nor the laptop.

Having seen a few related messages, worth noting that I have a static up in the 149.x.x.x range.

Could someone alter this for me?

Seen on the BBC iPlayer post that it’s been fixed and that the static IP’s have been changed, I’ve still got a 149 IP. done the usual still no new IP.

The 149.X IPs are still (incorrectly) being geolocated by some third party services. Your static IP will only change if you have specifically requested this fix - it’s not blanket that everyone’s is changing. The 94.X IPs seem to be more widely geolocated correctly.

Tried a reboot, I’m using PfSense, so I’ve also done a release and relinquish Lease of the IP and renew, still getting the same static IP as before. not sure if this is a problem on my end or not.

Sorry for the late reply,

Still got a 149 IP address, rebooted the router, release and renewed the IP address and even changed MAC address still getting the Same IP, sorry for being persistent, I would be OK with how it works but my wife is keen to catch up on her flicks and dramas on All4.

Hi Chris,

Apologies, it looks like the network team were doing IPAM updates when I moved you, and it didn’t go through. Just pushed that through again now so if you want to reboot again you should be sorted this time.

sorted now, I got a new IP address, and the All4 app is working, the wife is happy, so I’m happy.

Yayzi have sorted my issue now. They assigned a new static IP range to my account.
