Configuring atp link deco be65 router for use with yayzis dynamic IPv6 service

Hello

Any ideas on hot to configure this? the service is active and has an IPv6 address but an IPv6 test tells me I’m not connected!

Thanks

Ok, no help so far, is ir worth contacting yayzi directly as it appears that they are not providing me with an IPv6 dhcp ip address

Thanks

**IPv6 needs to be setup as

Type: DHCPv6

Prefix Size: /64

this may help

Hello

That’s it on my deco setup for IPv6

Ipv4 is fully configured.

So I’m a bit stuck

Thanks

It doesn’t seem like it has an ipv6 address other than the local one for the Lan. So something isn’t configured right. What other settings are there for the internet connection?

Hello
IPv4 is configured and works fine

Ipv6 is as per screenshot above so I’m a bit stuck!

Thanks

right, but you said “the service is active and has an IPv6 address”, but it doesn’t that i can see. So, again, what are the settings for your internet connection?

Thanks for email

This is a screenshot of my deco routers ipv6 setting

It looks like I have some sor of ipv6 address but notsureifit does anything

Thanks

The FE80: is local. not a Wan routanle. which should start with 2a10:3b00:

Thanks but I am still no further ahead.

I have raised aticket to yay I as I have rebooted my router without success.
Should I restart the ont as well?

Hopefully I can get step by step instructions to set ipv6 up

Thanks again

Final update (for now)

So Yayzi support say talk to router supplier

Tp link say it looks like there is no IPv6 signal as the router would pick it up and automatically provide IPv6 ip address for it.

There is no toggle IPv6 on/off as there is for ipv4 on the deco app

Think it’s time to rake a step back and reevaluate options.

Thanks to all for help and advice.

If you go to the Deco app, go to “more”. Then to “Internet connection”. Go to the bottom of IPv4 to “Internet settings”. Tip on that and in the next screen tip on “IPv6”. There you can switch it on.

Hi

Thanks for your email. As you can see from screenshot I can’t do that.
An online IPv6 test also says I have no IPv6

Thanks 9 get very confused!)

Hi,
I wonder if CF is blocking the access currently. As you know, there are a lot of things going on, of which we don’t know the details. I could imagine some areas are hardware wise not up to the service. Just a thought. Anyway, I hope you will soon have the problem solved. If you figure it out, please inform me of the solution.

Thanks for email

It is very strange, have now checked on iOS, windows 11 and android, all with same address no IPv6

willlet you know if anything happens

Hi again

I think you are right. Have a backup router which connect to IPv4 and IPv6 straight away

Have connected to IPv6 via backup with zero issues

What have I uncovered?
