Hello, I have been Connected to the Cityfibre Yayzi Network this morning, I have four lights on the ONT but for some reason I have no internet, does this normally take a while to come through ? or does it need prodding :-), I have it going to a UNIFI CGW-MAX and its set for DHCP and VLAN 911, any help gratefully received.
It normally does take a few hours to activate the line however it won’t hurt to send an email to [email protected], As city fibre are infamous for not closing down jobs which means that Yayzi cannot activate the line

All now working thanks to the support guys!!!, I am getting a weird issue on fast.com but that might be down to them, speedtest.net showing as expected fast.com all over the place saying 250mbit and 130ms ping, I think it may be that site rather than the connection as ucg-max giving me exactly as paid for.

Same for me. Im on the 2gb/1gb service. on fast.com i get 1.6/700mb. speedtest i get 2gb/960mb
Yeah it’s very strange only to fast.com every other one works fine, it worked fine to fast on Zen 1gbut so know it’s not the equipent as that’s not changed.
Fast is always slow for me, it was when I was on VM also.
