Very annoying, never had as much downtime with my previous isp as I’m getting with Yayzi!!!

Ours down too, here in Ipswich.

Hey guys! We’re looking into this, there isn’t currently any network issues at our end that would cause you any downtime.

If you haven’t already could you email [email protected] with just a pic of the front of the ONT

Just had a few dropout and seeing high latency.

(Leicester)

Same here in Drighlington !

My connection is showing 50-75% packet loss but it’s unusable but 4 green lights on ONT

So clearly there is a wider issue!

ICMP within the Yayzi network seems fine for me, so no evidence of a CF issue:

Connectivity to Google and Level3 seems fine:

However, definitely an issue reaching CloudFlare:

Cloudflare themselves report no issues:

So, probably some peering/routing issue.

Traffic looks to be going through the US to CloudFlare, too, based on latency and tracert

I’m back online but ping is 195ms so as above definitely a routing issue

Im in Leicester also but stable up to now.

10.8ms highest ive seen today

Have a look on down detector there’s people been reporting issues
For various sites

But ok here in Nottingham

Spoke to soon :grimacing:

Ditto, all good hear too including ping. Fingers crossed it lasts

Continuing to be a problem here, DNS issues and high ping relative to what we’re used to.

This is a weird one. We’re not seeing any issues on our end, so this would indicate the issues lay elsewhere. We’re still investigating guys hopefully have a proper answer shortly

Google is reporting DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_BAD_CONFIG

When the connection drops it’s now completely dropped off again but still 4 green lights on ONT

Anyone using Cloudflare DNS? They reported an issue earlier but they’ve said it’s resolved.

We only have about 28% traffic utilisation currently, peering all seems to be fine as well.

Any information from you all would be really helpful :slightly_smiling_face:
