Direct debit date changing

My direct debit date has always been the 10th of every month, when you changed or updated your system it changed to the 1st.

I’ve spoken to Liam, I’ve asked on WhatsApp and emailed multiple times for it to change back to the 10th without response.

I would like it changed back to what it was as the 10th of every month


Have you opened a ticket with Yayzi, or contacted them via WhatsApp?

I’ve emailed at least 5 times, messaged on WhatsApp the same amount but the WhatsApp number is no longer in use.

No response whatsoever

Also never had any response to any ticket I’ve submitted
