Disconnects at the same time each day

Hi all,

Been with Yayzi around a month now. Every day around 7.30pm and around 10.30pm the connection drops and cycles. Only goes offline for around 2 minutes but if in the middle of watching something or playing a game, those 2 minutes are incredibly irritating.

There seems to be very little in terms of contact options for Yayzi. What can I do to get this looked into?

I’ve submitted an email. What’s the contact details for Whatsapp support?
I’ve been busy with work but I am honestly at my wits end with this line constantly disconnecting. We can’t watch TV, or play games, or stream, it’s just always dropping. Only difference now is when it goes it goes for ~10 minutes instead of 90 seconds.

Virgin was so much better, even as bad as it was, because at least it stayed online. Gigabit speedtests are pointless if you can’t stay connected.

I can see that you’ve replied to my Reddit posts also about this issue. Your willingness to link up posts on different formats and look into things has earned you some points back.

You’ve said that there are no disconnects on my line in the last 7 days and thinking about it, you are right, there hasn’t been, and perhaps that’s why I didn’t follow up on this post initially as it settled down a bit.

What about prior to the last 7 days however, are you able to see the 8.30/10.30pm disconnects I was referring to. Router logs show it was down to DHCP issues, which is why I thought last night’s connection issues were the same.

What caused my issues previously?

I need stability on this line. With two adults WFH in the day, a wife watching steaming TV in the evening, kids gaming and youtubing, and what scant time I get to myself in the evening for a game, I cannot have the drops I was experiencing before.

Would changing to a dedicated IP make any difference?

I am willing to update my negative trust pilot review accordingly if this can be resolved.

You instantly replied to my reddit post, my trustpilot review, here and another thread where I expressed my dissatisfaction.

You said it wasn’t fair I didn’t give you a chance to fix things.

I emailed the address you said and 5 days later I’ve not had any further replies or contact.

We’ve monitored your connection over the last few days, seen no dropouts on our end and the router is averaging 941 download and 943 upload.

You may have noticed a dropout this morning at around 08:57, this was us assigning an IP just to ensure there aren’t any dropouts in the future.

We will again monitor your connection for the next few days. Have you noticed any dropouts yourself?
