Whats going on with the download speed? The upload speed seems to be brill. Tried running this a few times with roughly the same result

Hi im in the same boat 213.18.x.x range. 
I can’t even login to my account or reset password no emails with the code come through grrrrrrrr.
All IPs are affected. We’re working on this currently.
