Drop outs and connection speeds


We are having an issue with our new connection with drops outs, plus the speed going down and up. It went down to 0.19mbps at one point yesterday!

Trying to stream TV seems impossible on this new connection and everything buffers of the devices connected constantly loose connection.

Please can someone help us look into this as we have messaged multiple times on the support WhatsApp but we seem to be getting ignored.

Is this on WiFi or ethernet? If WiFi then please run a test with an ethernet connected device while the issue is happening.

Support replied to me last night so I have sent the speed test from the wifi last night, that was running higher than usual at 144 mbps when we done the test.

I haven’t had any updates yet but they said they are looking into it.
