Drop outs recently

I’ve been getting drop outs lately, and the last hour or so have been the worst…

Is anything going on? I can’t see anything on the service status page. It seems stable currently, but it seems to be up and down daily.

Dropped again 10:30am.

What network range are you on?

I was moved from 158 to the 217 range this week and, since the move, I’m noticing that DHCP server is taking between 2-5 minutes to respond and that my WAN IP is regularly changing between 217.x.x.x to 148.x.x.x

141.11.X.X

Since the big network upgrade it’s been fantastic, great speeds, low ping, but the last few days to a week, it’s been up and down. It starts with packet loss, then I get DNS errors, then offline, after a few minutes later it comes back.

dropping in and out for me too

It’s a ball ache, I need to maintain a VPN connection to login to servers at work and it drops every f’ing SSH connection when it goes, along with google meetings dropping out. CBA today.

@Yayzi_Team any ideas? Happy to pay more if it means maintaining a connection!!

Taking a look at this for you guys

Seems location specific, or very limited customers. Northampton ways I’m seeing no outages.

This is from outside the UK (ping)

S65 is my area. It’s been fine since 10:40 though, will keep monitoring and posting if/when it drops again.

Seems to have settled down since about 11:30 here

Same in WF3.

Hi ,not an answer, but a question, how do you get that graph to monitor the broadband ? I have the portal but is shows me as offline, but I’m not ! Thanks. Roy.
