Hi all,

A few years ago I wired the house with cat 6e which all terminate into a 24 port router which also connects to the media server. The house has two ceiling mounted WAPs.

Everything is located in the loft.

Will I even need the router supplied by Yayzi or can I simply go direct into my router?

If your router can do DHCP over a VLAN interface then you can use your own router. You simply setup a VLAN with ID 911 on one of the ports, plug into that, and then add a DHCP client to hat VLAN interface.
