I’ve been having a problem for a long time and I have an olen ticket. Some of your staff was responding back and forth. Finally Liam has involved and said “ This is being look at as a matter of urgency by our network team.” On 20 Dec. I have never received any other messages since then. I have uploaded much more information along with photos after that but no response at all. Finally I emailed NOC team on 03 Jan about my case. Obviously, never received a response. Now my case is closed by you.
I’ve been kind enough not to nudge and spam your mail box and have followed the sensible route by opening a case number, uploading all information your team asked me. But you just closed the case without even making a comment.
What do you think about closing a case number without even responding or solving my problems?

All speed test were made over wired connection with different cables (CAT6A, CAT8 etc). Almost all of them are below the guaranteed speed levels. Download speeds are always below 600 Mbps. On the other hand upload speeds reach up to 900 Mbps.
IP geo location problem has not been solved as well. I asked them to give me a static IP which provides me UK results. It is not only to see the price of a product in USD. Due to this problem, many mobile phone apps don’t work. I have uploaded all screenshots to Yayzi portal as well.
