Transferring from Giganet over Cityfibre, to Yayzi over Cityfibre.
Giganet service was arranged to be terminated this morning.
Cityfibre engineer has left after swapping the ONT out, new ONT has four green LEDs, engineer left with Yayzi router having red Internet LED and no service.
I have SMS from CityFibre saying Yayzi service is now live.
I had the same thing. And again today it seems to have gone down without any reason why. I’m getting an IP address, but red lights on the net connection. Tried new cables and even a spare router (as opposed to the default one), but no dice.
Currently emailing back and forth with support. Hopefully it will get sorted soon!
