Giganet to Yayzi - four green lights on ONT - no internet

Transferring from Giganet over Cityfibre, to Yayzi over Cityfibre.

Giganet service was arranged to be terminated this morning.

Cityfibre engineer has left after swapping the ONT out, new ONT has four green LEDs, engineer left with Yayzi router having red Internet LED and no service.

I have SMS from CityFibre saying Yayzi service is now live.

What next?

Just as I posted this, support just replied and service has come up. Thanks to them!

Had a proper nightmare with my move from Giganet to Yayzi in June. 5 days with no internet :melting_face:

Yayzi fixed what Giganet messed up in the end, though! :smile:

Glad you’re online, the switch over system is a bit of a mess I hear, it’s not automated like it should be

I had same issue coming from giganet last week but turned out just to be a city fiber cockup but it lasted 24 hours

I had the same thing. And again today it seems to have gone down without any reason why. I’m getting an IP address, but red lights on the net connection. Tried new cables and even a spare router (as opposed to the default one), but no dice.

Currently emailing back and forth with support. Hopefully it will get sorted soon!
