Good News: Slightly Ahead of Schedule (Yes, Another Update… Sorry!)

We know what you’re thinking: “Another update? Are they trying to set a world record for updates?” But stick with us—we’ve got good news, and we’ll keep it brief (sort of).

First up, the apology: we’re sorry for the occasional hiccups you’ve experienced during this migration period. We know it hasn’t exactly been a smooth ride, and we truly appreciate your patience and good humour.

Now for the exciting bit: we’re actually slightly ahead of schedule! :tada: Despite the occasional bumps, we’re making great progress and are edging closer to the finish line faster than expected.

Of course, there’s one last little speed bump (sorry!). Over the next few days, you may notice a handful of very brief drops in service—just a few minutes at a time. In fact, the first of these may happen not long after receiving this email. Whatever you do, don’t touch a thing! Your connection will spring back to life automatically, like magic (but with slightly less glitter). These interruptions are all part of sorting out the remaining speed issues caused by reduced capacity during migration.

We know you’re probably sick to death of our updates at this point—we might even be haunting your inbox dreams—but the end is so close we can practically taste it. We can’t wait to stop emailing you (well, about this, anyway) and start delivering the upgraded, faster service we’ve been promising.
