You know there are a lot of people with speed or connection issues on this platform which isn’t great and I feel your pain, I had a bumpy start joining in December.
Well change to the norm big up to Yayzi, they for me at least have delivered on their promises and since migration and IP address change I get super low latency and full speed round the clock 
Am recommending you to the masses …
Glad to hear it! Also superb connection here! 3ms to most services, 10ms to my server located elsewhere. Quite often download 3-4tb of linux ISO’s per night. No issues! Speedtests are always 2gb+ download!

So good! Love them too, I only watch the bit in the middle for about 1 minute and 38 seconds!
Oh And most of my network is cabled in cat5e…some duct grade very thin but still deliver full 2gb speed 20m length.
