Thus far, we have got exactly nowhere.
Nine days from the start of the contract and I am now informing you that I wish to cancel my contract with you within my fourteen day cancelation period UNLESS this issue can be sorted out within the next 48 hours.
Reason?
Product and service not fit for purpose and service not provided.
Not releasing my line and making charges will result in legal action.
Please sort this out. I don’t want to be heavy. I just want a working broadband service.
