How/when do I get my static IP?

Hello, new-ish customer here (service started 27th Sept). I’m on the 1.2Gig Pro+ package.

When signing up one of the selling points was the static IP on offer. How do I get this onboarded? I assumed it would work from day one but I can see from other forum topics that I might be wrong there :slight_smile:

I run a DDNS container on my server and I can see that the IP is periodically changing.
