Internet connection is down. No Wan IP

Hi @Yayzi_Team

I have sent an email to [email protected]

Internet is down, no WAN IP v4 or v6 assigned.

I should have an IPv4 set as static.

ONT is lit up all 4 Leds are green

Router has a link to ONT but no WAN IP is shown.

Have restarted ONT and Router no difference, not getting any IP assigned. Was working fine till around 13:40 today.

What area is this roughly? Wonder if its location specific.

185.210.170.x Subnet

Maybe DHCP related.

Seems to be back, just checked have an the old IPv4/v6 back.

Was updating my LTE modem when this happened, once updated and rebooted the failover worked.

@Yayzi_Team : What was the cause for the downtime ?
