My internet is down, i have rebooted the ONT, but i am not getting an IP address
My Yayzi internet is down - because I can’t get an IP
Glad I have a backup via Zen.
Theres a slim/small chance that Yayzi use Windows with CrowdStrike. If so that would explain the issue as the world right now is having outages due to it.
This is a small issue on our end, we’re giving our support team access to assign IP addresses, rather than sending to the network team, it seems we have broken something and we have around 5 customers having issues.
We’re on it and you’ll be back online shortly, apologies for this!

Your lucky, my only backup is hotspot with my phone, trying to use teams / sharepoint on this is tiresome!
