Could be re assigning you’re static IP from before ?

It was due to us being failed migrations. Been told it shouldn’t be long but I’ve been off for 40 minutes so far

Proper getting it in the neck now at home, having disconnected Sky and moving to AppleTv, paramount and netflix arguing you do not need sky when the Internet is so fast.
12 hours down and for all their woes Sky just worked
I just keep getting new IPs every 20 minutes with random intervals of internet access
If you’re dropping IP that fast, I’d say there’s an issue with your router or ONT possibly as I’m sure the lease time is one hour.
Left it with support. We had something similar when we first signed up at the start of the year which left us offline for a whole month.
Your specific issue was at OLT on the network side (CF) it affected other customers in the same area 
but yeah the leases are set for an hour. So we will definitely take a look at this.

Internet connection has been terrible all week, and been off most of today (Sat. 14 Dec). MK6 post code area.
We are coming up to 24 hours down, I use my fibre for my TV, so a cold sat night with no TV reading for us
