I checked the router and it says the DHCP service is unavailable.
Is this how my Internet is going to be from now on?
This is worse than virgin media who I left because of this sort of stuff.
Are you guys just randomly rebooting the DHCP service again like a short while back, when you feel like it without notifying customers of potential disruption? Why can’t you have a standby DHCP service which will fill the void while you reboot it? How long will this downtime be?

Neither Virgin nor BT OpenReach would have issues related to CityFibre.
I pay Yayzi, I don’t pay CityFibre. Your agreement is with CityFibre, my agreement is with YOU.
Same when there is an issue with BT on OpenReach, it is nothing to do with the customer if the issue needs to be resolved by OpenReach, I contact BT because my contract is with them.
