Hi just wondering how long its taking to swap over or get an idea from someone that’s been moved over quite happy to wait overnight just could do with it being back on asap. Looking forward to the potential improvements anyway

I got swapped over yesterday morning and it took 17 minutes

We gonna get any updates on this? Or is the weekend stopping that?

Pretty annoyed as all my cameras, lights etc. have gone down, and both myself and my partner are unable to work.

We’re working on the weekend, we have full staff in. It’s being looked into and we will have you sorted.

Thanks, but my internet still doesn’t work or the ring camera. This is a really annoying response that doesn’t help.
