Internet dropouts multiple times today

I understand that there is an upgrade happening but why can’t it be done out of 9-5 hours?

I could not work productively today because my Internet was dropping like every 5 minutes at one point apart from the drop every few hours during the whole day.

Would be nightmare when I have an online meeting to attend in coming days if this goes on for long

When will this be sorted?

As far as I’m aware the work is being done out of hours. What do the lights look like on the ONT?

Are you using a wired or wireless connection?

Have you rebooted the router?
