Internet dropping out

We’ve had Yayzi for a month or two, and when it’s working it’s great. However it drops out at least once a week!! I’ll go reset the router and modem to reboot it, and still it does not have internet! It’s beyond a joke! Thankfully we have a backup sky line which works constantly. Is there anything causing this drop in internet? As sometimes it lasts hours and when we are a heavy use household, we need it to be working at all times!

Hi, it’s for a wireless and wired connection. The internet symbol shows as red on my router.

Email [email protected] and they can setup a connection monitor, or setup a ThinkBroadband monitor to see exactly when it drops
