Had a new install recently and had issues getting online to begin with this was sorted the next morning had pretty much one day and internet has just dropped out completely i know i am being changed over to a static IP but when i asked about how long this takes as i would have liked a heads up they said it would be instant with only a few moments offline, I have no idea if that’s what it is but my router is back to having No IP again and from what i can see this seems to be happening to a few people. Guess it will be another night of no service
We’re not doing any updates, or maintenance on the network currently and as far as we can see there are absolutely no network issues.

Honestly that is exactly what i am doing was suppose to end my previous provider today if i had done this i would have no internet at all
