Hello!

Had Yayzi installed yesterday. Working fine until tonight. Then lost connection. My PON light is flashing and the internet light is off on the Yayzi provided router

There was a City Fibre chap working on the pole this afternoon but not sure if related to my connection

I have WhatsApp Yayzi but not sure if there’s anything else I could do?
