Anyone experiencing any issues today? Mine started not long after 5am and it’s been up and down since. Tried contacting support, no response yet.

I am not having any issues, I am working from home today - Maybe a local cityfibre issue…
Im in east sussex and about 12:30 my broadband and service lights both have gone off.

@Yayzi_Team do you know what might be affecting these guys?
Both service and broadband light off usually indicates a CityFibre issue (usually a fibre break)
If you haven’t already, email [email protected] and we will get a ticket raised for you with CityFibre
No know issues we can see anywhere. No other reports have come in yet, we’re looking into it guys
