I shouldn’t have to find a work around for something that should just work while I realise it’s not yayzis fault it keeps causing issues so I was just asking when it would be sorted . If you could let me know which are free and let me choose the UK then I can have a go but I don’t really want to mess with the routers settings as it would need to be for all traffic as I’m having issues with Xbox as well I did use 4g in the end and it worked but anyway I’m happy great speeds just a few teething issues I’m getting 1.7 Gbps over wifi which is better than the 800 with vermin for 24 quid less a month so having to occasionally find workarounds isn’t really a big deal

Guys, full transparency. We have a ticket open with national lottery, but they are painfully slow We’ve chased 2-3 times a week. We’ve even started reaching out to people on LinkedIn at the National Lottery.
I don’t have a timescale right now, but you can trust we are working on it as a priority

This has been done from our end, just reboot router and ONT for me and let me know if its still hasn’t changed and I’ll get straight on it

@Yayzi_Team @Yayzi_Liam All changed everything is working perfectly including Xbox it was definatley that IP range that was stopping the Xbox from working because of the location issue thanks for all your time spent and working through all the issues. It’s appreciated
