Sorry i am not sure why multiple have been tickets have been opened, we have literally no Internet access and we need the phone services

Yeah i have been speaking to them out of hours

As stated on WhatsApp this has been identified as a CityFibre issue and we are awaiting further information, I will keep you updated :slightly_smiling_face:
