Is something going on at Yayzi?

Yayzi has disappeared from the list of ISP’s on CF and when putting in an address in a CF area it says the address is outside of the area that Yayzi can provide service.

Same result for a Freedom fibre covered area. Yikes.

I’m not even sure Yayzi knows but the bugs with the most essential features need to be highest priority

The CF page was reported months ago but no fix

I’ve tried to get an answer about the disappearance from the CityFibre website a few times. I just get ignored every time. How can I recommend Yayzi to any friends when they can’t even get to see the site? As Yayzi’s own website has got a few bugs, the friends can’t even use the site as when you enter your details, it says Yayzi can’t deliver to this address. I can’t say I’m happy about the lack of information.

Odd. just checked my area Yayzi no longer listed

Not listed on Cityfibre lookup and the yayzi site show “ Unfortunately, the address you provided is currently outside of our service area.”

That has been in my area now for at least two months like that. Sad. Just the same way as I can’t get an answer when we will get XGS-PON here. Liam would at least look at the community forum. Now, all we get is silence.

Yes, since Liam announced his stepping back, activity on this forum has also seemingly stepped back, it’s quite noticeable.

When we migrated we removed it from CF listings while works were taking place, further works were required then Liam left, so we have now pushed forward with works needed to be done and one of these is development work on the search and order journey which is in process, you may have noticed changes here. We need to do these works to accurately integrate a none UK platform into the UK market and develop works to effectively meet all our needs for comparison site integrations and full system process workflows. The ENNIs are being moved over from other alt nets, FullFibre will be next as they are part multigig and have api, Freedom Fibre are not multigig and been waIting on their api, same with MS3. Unfortunately these things take time and are on same development team to allocate space and time for the many project we have in play.
