I left Yayzi for Zen due to issues with steam/epic downloads and discord streaming issues.
Both of those went away in an instant once I was connected with Zen. Steam would download at full whack 1.7Gbps and the same for Epic. vs fluctuating all over the place.
Discord streams worked correctly also.
But Zen seems to be having issues with peak time packet loss…
Swings and roundabouts. I can now download my games and patches in a timely manner but now I lag in games 
There are other fields with green grass besides Yayzi & Zen 
That’s some valuable feedback. Good to know, that even though they use the same Cityfibre cables, the quality of the line can actually be different. Is you computer connected via cable or wifi for gaming? I’m also a gamer and packet losses in gaming would be for me a definite no go.
Ps, I don’t think I have any issues with download speeds. Speedtest normally shows connections at around 2.1/2.3 Gbps up/dl
Not sure what issues you had with steam but I’ve had no problems downloading from them or ea play ect, all max out my 2gb connection since I joined yayzi in oct 2024. The only time I’ve seen download speed from them fluctuate is if I’m trying to download a new game right after release & I’m not surprised speeds fluctuate then with the amount of other people downloading from their servers.

Good to hear from you. My problem is becoming frustrating now. But it is not Yayzi’s fault. CF Just does not give any information when they will change to XGS-Pon. They say ask your ISP and the ISP doesn’t get the info either.
